  8. AP US History - score 3 for HIST 1700 (3) AND GS 1900 (3) OR score 4,5, for HIST 2700 (3) AND HIST 2710 (3)

  12. AP Chemistry - score 3,4,5 for CHEM 1110 (3) AND CHEM 1115 Lab (1) AND CHEM 1210 (4) (don't have to do both AP Physics AND Chemistry to fulfill 11 and 12, but extra credits count for electives)
  13. 25 more credits - lots of extra credits fulfilled above, plus you can do: AP Calculus (up to 8 credits), AP Latin (6 credits; at BYU you get 8-12 credits), AP Human Geography (3), AP World History (up to 6 credits), AP European History (6 credits)

As you can see, you can earn all the college credits needed for the associate's degree with AP tests except 5 credits (#5,6 above.)   Although, to earn the associates degree, you must take at least 3 classes on campus, and I would recommend #5, 6 & 7.

If planning to attend BYU after high school, you'll want to make sure the credits will transfer according to their articulation agreement  with the school at which the credits were earned.  See comparison chart here.

To earn the New Century Scholarship, you need to sign up to be a student at UVU for $35.  When you take the AP tests, request the scores be sent to UVU.

UVU highly recommends not taking AP tests your senior year.  The reason is that you do not get your score until after the summer term has begun, so if you do not pass the AP test, you may not earn your associate's degree.  However, if you're quite confident that you can pass the test, you can still do it and use the credits towards the associate's degree.
